Our client is based in Lake King, WA on a 3200ha cropping programme and 2100 sheep mixed enterprise.      Ideal individual will be experienced on broadacre machinery and can use own initiative plus work alongside the property owner closely.  Someone who is happy to learn and grow plus be trained as well.     

• Farming and Agricultural background 
• Some livestock skills would be desirable 
• Operated most broadacre machinery - some boomspray would be ideal 
• GPS/Autosteer experience 
• Seeding/Harvest experience and skills 
• Excellent communication and listening skills 
• Drive and motivation 
• Happy to be learning, growing and training alongside the property owner 
• Flexibility with longer hours during busy seasons 

  Accommodation - cottage style home suitable for single individual or a couple (please note there will be no work for partner on farm).      NB: This is a non-smoking workplace
