Our client is looking for a Cook for the harvest season (plus Ground Crew/Farm Hand - couples considered - see REF 152383). Commencing early October until approx 20 December. You will be working approx 6 hours per day whilst harvesting. Opportunity for days off when the weather is wet and there is no harvesting. You will be preparing lunches and dinners as well as morning and afternoon teas for a team of approx 15. A small amount of cleaning will also be required - that associated with the cooking and additional cleaning of no more than 1 hour per day of the living area of the staff quarters. There will be a major clean at the end of the season. There will be menu suggestions provided and the expectation is that the food is to be varied, healthy and filling. You will be responsible for doing the online shopping order and provided a vehicle to pick this up. Ideally you will have experience cooking for large groups and dealing with different personalities. You must have initiative, strong work ethic and drivers licence. You will be paid according to your experience. Accommodation provided - near new, modern dongas, full amenities. All meals included.
